2005年1月4日，美国商务部发布对华木制卧室家具的反倾销税征税令。2016年1月4日，美国商务部发布各利益相关方可就对华木制卧室家具反倾销案提起行政复审申请的公告。2016年3月3日，美国商务部发布对华木制卧室家具进行反倾销行政复审立案调查公告，调查期为2015年1月1日～2015年12月31日，涉案产品海关编码为9403.50.9042、9403.50.9045、9403.50.9080、9403.50.9041、9403.60.8081、9403.20.0018、9403.90.8041、7009.92.1000和 7009.92.5000 。
